About Mimo
Healthcare runs on people re-typing what computers already know.
Mimo started inside behavioral health, where clinicians were losing hours a day to documentation. Our clinical documentation assistant — mimonote.com — earned its place in that world with a simple contract: the AI drafts, the clinician reviews and signs off.
Then we watched what happened after the documentation was done. The same data, sitting in the chart, still had to be typed into county systems, state systems, program portals — by hand, again. Fifteen years of interoperability standards haven’t reached the person at the keyboard at 4:45 on a Friday.
mimonote.ai is our answer: an agentic browser extension — Mimo Bridge — that reads data where it lives and drafts it where it’s required. Birth and death registration first, because those legal records touch every family and still travel by re-key. Clinical trials, registries, and agency reporting next.
The contract never changes: the AI drafts; a credentialed person reviews every field and submits every record. We think that’s not a limitation of the technology — it’s the correct design for work this important.
Two sites, one company
mimonote.com — clinical documentation for behavioral health. mimonote.ai — the product line for healthcare’s re-entry work, built on Mimo Bridge. Same team, same review-first principles.
